[HowTo] Blue Eyes without the SM Saleslady effect

Hello!

Happy Halloween!

I finally got my makeup a proper aparment.. Hahaha
Got this from Muji. Now everything is organized. ^^

Lookie! it's super neat!

So here's my BB-ed and Love mineral-ed face.. Hehehe

I'll do my cheeks first.. So since the eyes are blue... what would complement it?

No other than pink...

I'm using a cream blush .....

Then I put the powder blush on top... Canmake for the Cream Cheek and Kate for the Powder blush...

I just used the light shade.. .
I just used the brush that's included... hehehe...

And then... eyes...

All these are from Vov... The silver cream shadow and the metallic eyeliners.. ^^

So my naked eye...with messy eye brows.. hahaha

I put the silver cream shadow all over the eye... up to the brow bone...

Then I get the light silvery blue eyeliner... and just put it all over the crease...

Then I blend that with my finger...

So it looks like this...

Sleepy looking eye..

So i get the darker blue liner and just lined the upper lash line...

And half of the lower lash line...

Then I put the liquid liner on the top lashline...
I used Bloom Liquid Liner...

This is how it looks so far...

So on top of that... I used a white liner to line the lower lash line... I used face shop's white liner...that's now discontinued.. haha

Here are all the lash stuff I used... Hahah A lot....

Face Shop Face&it All about Mascara (for lower lashes)
Kate Mascara Base (need a new tube.. this is still the one from HK)
Canmake Gokubuto Mascara

With fixed eye brow and mascara.... ^^

Ta-da!

Moving on to the lips...

Used 2 lippies I've never posted before...

Chanel Lipstick in Confidentielle given to me by Moise... super cute pink colour... and the Paul & Joe Lip Gloss N in 04 (I think!)

This is the Chanel lippy by itself... Candy pink!

Result!

This one doesn't make me look like an SM Saleslady, right?

I really like doing this cheek with the cream and the powder coz it makes my cheeks glow!

There ya go...

Hopefully I can update my blog about my lippy comparisons and nail polish stuff soon!

Happy Halloween! ( i shoulda done a halloween post but i'm not dressed as anything for halloween!)

[HowTo] Peach Tones

Hello!

It's another Saturday once again... time for another tutorial.

This tutorial is super majorly simple and it highlights a few things such as my new Etude House Henna Fix Proof 10 Mascara.. its the one with 2NE1.. and the lipstick that was made in the lab... ^^ It's really cool!

I spy Sandara Park in the packaging! It was originally 600 something but since I have some points in my Pink Card I got it for around 580... ^^
There are 2 boxes because I'm thinking this was really ready for actual release but then they had to put something else in the 2NE1 lineup... So they just had to do some complimentary packaging for this existing product.... Hehehe! It's quite noticeable because the concepts of the 2 boxes are WAAAAAAAAAAY different from each other.

It's actually a pretty wise move... since having another box is just a minimal cost compared to changing the packaging of the tube itself.

The mascara itself was just okay... I'd give it a few more weeks to age... and thicken a bit before I can say I love this. Just like with my Canmake Gokubuto Mascara. Hehehehe...

Anyway... So I put Pure Beauty Jasmine Water BB Cream... I have some weird stuff going on on my chin... It's stress and PMS-related... (yeah annoying isn't it?)

But I think amongst all my BB Creams.. I like this the best even if it's the cheapest... hahah (that's the best part!)
I apply the pressed mineral powder.... it looks almost invisible already... ^^ no need for concealers anymore...
and then I just added a bit more powder under the eyes because my eye bags are just ridiculous.. hehe

For the eyes I chose colours along these lines...I'm using the Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Palette...
But I ended up only using these two colours... The lighter one all over the eye and the darker one on the left for the crease...

So here is where I applied the lighter peach colour...

I dont have a picture of it but I also applied the same light peach shade on the entire lower lid...

Then I applied the darker peach just on the outer 1/3 of the uper eyelid...
Like this... I didn't realize it looks so scary... The RING!

Then I line my eyes.... I'm using Etude House Code B Strong Eyes Cream Liner..

I just lined the upper lash line very thinly... So it appears more natural...

I didn't wing it either...

This is my messy eye.. I accidentally poked... So it's red.... Hahaha

Then the mascara... It's waterproof ... ^^ A requirement!

The brush looks like a screw thingy..
After the mascara I applied shimmery silver liner at the bottom lash line just to have some dimension... My eyebrows are now a darker shade since my hair is darker as well....

Blush used is Petal Bloom by Love Minerals... By HumanNature... NAKS!

Then the high light of all high lights!!!! The lipstick made from the lab upstairs... I LOVE IT!!!! Pigmented at the same time moisturizing... Wooo hoo!!!
 Looks like this...

How the peachy look comes together...

Dang it... Makeup is LOVE. My skin looks flawless... Hahaha..

Total picture from my phone..

There ya go... Very simple, easy and natural...

I think the only difficult part was just covering the blemishes. Haha

I went to Etude House and they have all the stuff that I wanted in the previous blog with my wish list... But of course I had to rethink before buying anything if I really needed it. So I just settled with buying the mascara.. Because my Maybelline Mascara has experiences way too many faces already.. Needs to be replaced because it's already drying up.

And please notice that my hair is now dark.. It's the CS Ink Hair colour with squid ink and charcoal... I like having dark hair now!

Have a blessed weekend, friends!!!

More blogs to come in the following weeks!

Most interesting hair dye ever...

Hello!

Went to Anvaya Cove today and couldn't pass up the chance to pass by the Beauty Credit Store in Subic.

Where i found this....

꽃을든 남자's CS INK COLOR CREAM in N7 Coffee Brown
Hahahaha... It's an ammonia-free hair colour with squid ink and charcoal as its active ingredients!

I really can't wait to try this but I can't find the time to do it.

I want to darken my hair and now that Reby's done it... I'm so jealous...

Soon enough ^^

But... I made a huge mistake..

Basing from that diagram.. the one that I chose is basically a fashion hair colour kinda thing and it won't cover grey hair. I should've gotten the CS INK COVER CREAM ... NOT THE COLOR CREAM. But the cover creams are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too dark. Oh well....

It will only cover about 70% ...

Oh well... I searched it on the net too late. I'm still gonna use it though ^^

[HowTo] Gold and Green Khaki Eyes

Hello again!

It's a Saturday once again... I'm feeling down because I've been having allergies and dry skin because of the weather.... >,<

This is such an NG day coz as I was doing this tutorial... my camera died... waaaah...

Anyway.. there's really no inspiration for this tutorial... I just opted to use one of my eye palettes that I haven't been using much which is the Green Khaki Lunasol palette that I have..

Also, I decided to use 2 new items I recently acquired... the Lioele Water Drop BB cream and the Etude House Code B Color Force Gloss...

So I guess I'll do a review before my incomplete tutorial.. Haha

LIOELE WATER DROP BB

(click photo to enlarge)

I actually like this BB cream.. but it has it's drawbacks..

First of all I love how it's very cool in terms of format. When you apply it on your skin it sort of forms beads of water... Like the cream bursts into water form.. I can't really take an accurate picture of it so I'll leave it to your imagination. Hahaha.

It says in the ad that I posted above that it provides 24 hour moisture that doesn't change... Hmmm... Is this really true? I'll never be able to tell coz I'm not gonna wear this BB cream for 24 hours straight.^^

I like how it's 50ml, so it's a lot of product as compared to the usual 30-40ml volume of other BB creams in the same sized tube such as Pure Beauty, Skin79, Missha, etc.  However I don't know if it has more volume because you'll tend to use more since by far, this is the sheerest BB cream I've ever tried. I use twice as much as I would use with my other medium coverage BB creams.

I guess this will work great for you if you have great skin to start with and you just want to sort of even it out a bit... As compared to me, I still have some red marks that previous acne left me with. :/ I need something with more coverage.

But all in all.. It's pretty good. There's a very faint scent.. Which is a good thing coz I hate heavily fragranced skin care products. I'd much rather have it fragrance-free. It also provides a cooling feeling when you apply it.

Sensorially I'd give it a 10 out of 10 but in total, just a 6 out of 10 since coverage is pretty important for me.

next...

♥ ETUDE HOUSE CODE B COLOR FORCE GLOSS

(click photo to enlarge)

I got the 4th shade which is the first shade at the middle picture with the lips... It's called Glam Pose Beige. .. (What the.. I know right)

It's pretty good... It's a great dupe of my favorite Shiseido Maquillage gloss I had a few years ago...

It lasts really long, because it's sticky enough. However, since it has semi-big chunks of glitter/shimmer... it's kinda rough on the lips..

It's uber duper shiny though. It's cute. I got this gloss since all my glosses are either hot pink or clear. I lost my  only nude gloss which was a Kate Lip gloss a few months ago. It's still a mystery to me where it went.

This one is pretty pigmented and glittery. Works great on top of lipsticks but kinda looks awkward worn alone.

Heehee...

On to the tutorial...

I look like a zombie with uncombed, wet hair and naked face..

So I apply the Lioele BB..

Here it is
I use this much on my face.. Yeah.. I know.. Its a LOT! O_O

Moded.. O_O

Next... Is the scene stealer, show stopper product.. in it's real packaging.. Love Minerals by Human Nature Pressed Foundation in Island Shell..

Muhehehehehehe...

I just noticed that my hand is way whiter than my face... Moise!!! This is what I was telling you about... O_O

On to the palette which is usually the high light for me...

with flash..

I use the top right shade... which is what i put on my entire lid...

So that's my base shade..

Here's how it looks like with less flash...

I apply the same shade on the lower lash line..

Then I get the darkest shade...

And put that on below my crease... on the lash line..

so that will look like this...

And then I get a normal black pencil liner.. I use Vov..

And I line just the top of my lashline... No need to be perfect since it's going to be smudged after..

Like so...

Then i get more of the darker green colour onto my brush and i smudge it on the eyeliner..

Then... After I just line the top lashline with my Etude House Code B Strong Eyes Cream Liner..

After that.. I get the gold ...

Then i put it on my lower lashline...

I also use the same gold and put it on the inner half of my lid...

And so...

It looks like this..

Then it'll look like this once you've put mascara on the upper and lower lashes...

So there.. I wasn't able  to take pics of the blush and lip stuff..

But what I used for blush is the blush I made in the lab that was supposed to emulate the qualities of Nars blush in Orgasm...

And for the lips, I used Paul and Joe Lipstick in 06 . .. . which is the 2nd lippy from the left. ^^

(recycling pictures from previous posts!)

...and the Code B Color Force Gloss...

So I could only take after pics with my phone..

Here they are...

Waaaaah... So there...

I have a dilemma.. I don't know what to do with my hair anymore. My bangs are too long and my real curls are growing out... But I don't want to do the whole straighten and perm again..

My hair is in a very awkward stage. I guess I'll wait it out so that it won't be majorly double dead...

Hope y'all have a great weekend.

No matter how many problems we have... We can all get through this. It's crunch time.  7 days till the Human Nature Summit.

For the first time in the history of my blog... I'll leave with a quote.. I got this from my daily reflection subscription...

"Live with a genuineness others will want to emulate. Honesty facilitates honesty. When you're real, people can tell."
