[HowTo] Vov Eyes... and some reviews on Covercom Pressed Powder and EH Lucidarling Blush Palette

Hola!

So here I am... blogging once again coz I feel like I've deprived myself over the past month...

Soooo here I am with another post...

Another simple everyday look... there's no inspiration for this one actually... just grabbed the first thing I saw in my makeup drawer...

Starting off... BB cream'ed face...BB cream of choice is Skin79.. it's just way more moisturizing than the others i've tried.. so it's G.O.O.D. love...

Moving on... Ellana concealer on the undereyes and on some redness.. it didn't quite heavily conceal my eyebags but... i'm not OC about it.. so i'm fine with that...

Coming up is my review...

So my mom got this Covercom Pressed Powder for me from a recent trip in Hongkong.  I'm not quite sure but I think it's by Sana and it's a super cheap Japanese drugstore brand...

I'm actually not the pressed powder type as I use my mineral foundation for touch ups but I just gave this one a try since my mom gave it to me.

Doesn't it look likea retainer case?

It's actually close enough to my skin tone... this is shade 01.... Comes with a cute puff and a mirror.

One thing I like about it is that it's not heavily scented. It just has a super slight smell to it.

However, like most powders I feel like it's so heavy on talc and dimethicone... that it feels like it clogs my pore. :/

The powder puff is a good size and is sufficient enough for an effective product application...

Ta-da! One thing I love about this powder is the coverage and the shade.... It's a good match to my skin tone..

Wowow. . my keyboard is so abnormal...

Next up is another review for this blush from Etude House..

It's called Luci Darling Fantastic Gradiation Cheek...Mine is Shade 3 Mix & Rose

I got it coz it's such a dead-ringer for the Jill Stuart blushes...that I can't find anywhere in this archipelago... >,<

It's reasonably priced for a decent-sized pan....

The only disappointment is that... initially i bought it with the intention of being able to use the different shades separately... like the one at the bottom as a contour, such and such... but it seems as if the bright pink on the upper right is the only pigmented shade.  The rest are just glowy fine shimmers...

With flash... product on the left cheek facing the picture.... dang I looks super cross eyed..

Anyhow i'm still happy with is since it gives a pretty, not so overpowering glow to my cheeks...

Next up is the eye makeup...

This is ... once again.... super simple and easy... like makeup for dummies...

I guess I've been pretty lazy lately....

I use the VOV silver mousse shadow...  and just sort of scatter it all over my lid...

Like so... Then do the same thing with the other eye...

Then get a silvery blue eyeliner, this one is by VOV as well.... it's really nice imo... Just like the lids like you would do normally with a black eyeliner...

Next, do the entire lower lid as well...I sorta poked my eye doing this... so kids.. beware!

And then I get the light blue shade of the Blue Coral palette and just sort of reinforced the inner lower lash line for extra shimmer ....

Then put mascara.. Using the Cat Eyes mascara by Maybelline....

Next...

Lips!  because I super love Paul & Joe nowadays.. I'm using #29 today...

LOVE!

It's a tad pinker than 20... and has bigger shimmer...

Finished Faces..

Weapons of choice...

That's it, pansit...

Goodnight!
