[HowTo] Japan eyes & DIY Mineral Blush

Hello again.. (Joana)!

Hahahaha...

So here is my 2nd post of the day. Trying to compensate for the lost time.

So this particular look I did with the blush that I concocted in the lab.  Its pretty cool ^^ I'm pretty satisfied with it.

So first... The basics.

BB cream. Skin79 Intense Classic...

Concealer and powder....

Point makeup #1.. The peachy blush that I formulated.... ^^

Tada! I look sun-kissed or sunburned?

For the eyes... Super simple.... I just lined the top lid with a flick at the end...

I used Bloom's Liquid Eyeliner.

Like so....

Note that I also paled out my lips with the excess BB cream that was left over on my fingers...

Then i take the darkest shadow from my Etude House Luci Darling Palette.. Its a super dark midnight blue...

I just blended it on the outer half of my lower lid.. .

And then I take the lightest, most shimmery shade of the palette.. Its a shimmery gold with large flecks of shimmer...

I blended that shade on the inner lower lids.. .

Like this...

\
So I take this Code B Cream Liner by Etude House. By far the best cream liner I've tried.

I lined the upper and lower waterlines to make a more intense look...

With flash.. and Ive put on mascara already...

Dark, dark, dark.. I like the strong eyelines... contrasting with the bare upper lid.

How it should look like with the self-made blush...

Nude lippy by Lavshuca... ^^

Super nude...

That's the thing with Japanese makeup I guess. Really dark eyes and cheeks but super pale, erased lips.

Tada!

Wait.. The hair's not quite done yet.

I must fix them curls with my iron..

There ya go!

I actually really enjoyed this look. I hope you enjoy your version of this too. ^^

[HowTo] Forest Eyes

Hello!

So I've been trying to upload this entry for the past 3 days... but external factors have been preventing me to do so. Anyhoo... Thank God I'm able to upload this now. ^^

So I have no idea why did this. Early in the morning whenever I'd face the mirror to do my makeup, I rarely have a definite concept that I'd like to do that day... It just sorta... flows... and I just usually go with that flow...^^

쌩얼;;

Naked face first. I have a lot of marks from my previous zits.

With BB cream.. I used Skin79 Intense Classic as usual.

And then I put on Ellana Mineral Foundation in Macchiato. Excellent coverage, I swear.

So I'm using 2 pink blushes for this look.  One is the Kate blush and the other one is the Cream Cheek by Canmake.

Both super candy pink. :D

So I start off with the Cream Cheek. I just use my fingers to apply it. Super easy. ^^

Stupid pic.. Anyway,.. just showing you how it looks.. It's super light.

So then I follow it up with the Kate Blush.

Pink cheeks!

Next are the eyes!

So I line the top lids with Minted by Mac.

I did it very clumsily. No need for it to be perfect.

Here's how the eyeliner looks with flash.

I pick up this bright green shadow from my Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Palette and put it on top of the green eye liner. ^^

So this is how it looks with the eyeshadow on top of the green eyeliner.. It's more shimmery. and more defined.

How it looks without flash...

After that I line the lower lash line with a brown eyeliner. This is Teddy by Mac.

How it sorta looks like...

So next are the liquid liners...

I'm using Bloom and Coffret Dor...

I lined my upper lids with the Bloom liquid liner...

And then the bottom lids with the Coffret Dor shimmery bronze liquid liner...

Curl and mascara time..!

How the finished eyed looks. Kinda smudged... but oh well... :/

How the finished eye looks like with flash... ^^

I just used a nude lipstick by Etude House. Orgel Light in Nude...

Tada.. Finished...

til next blog.. Which is like in a few minutes!
