[HowTo] Gold and Green Khaki Eyes

Hello again!

It's a Saturday once again... I'm feeling down because I've been having allergies and dry skin because of the weather.... >,<

This is such an NG day coz as I was doing this tutorial... my camera died... waaaah...

Anyway.. there's really no inspiration for this tutorial... I just opted to use one of my eye palettes that I haven't been using much which is the Green Khaki Lunasol palette that I have..

Also, I decided to use 2 new items I recently acquired... the Lioele Water Drop BB cream and the Etude House Code B Color Force Gloss...

So I guess I'll do a review before my incomplete tutorial.. Haha

LIOELE WATER DROP BB

I actually like this BB cream.. but it has it's drawbacks..

First of all I love how it's very cool in terms of format. When you apply it on your skin it sort of forms beads of water... Like the cream bursts into water form.. I can't really take an accurate picture of it so I'll leave it to your imagination. Hahaha.

It says in the ad that I posted above that it provides 24 hour moisture that doesn't change... Hmmm... Is this really true? I'll never be able to tell coz I'm not gonna wear this BB cream for 24 hours straight.^^

I like how it's 50ml, so it's a lot of product as compared to the usual 30-40ml volume of other BB creams in the same sized tube such as Pure Beauty, Skin79, Missha, etc.  However I don't know if it has more volume because you'll tend to use more since by far, this is the sheerest BB cream I've ever tried. I use twice as much as I would use with my other medium coverage BB creams.

I guess this will work great for you if you have great skin to start with and you just want to sort of even it out a bit... As compared to me, I still have some red marks that previous acne left me with. :/ I need something with more coverage.

But all in all.. It's pretty good. There's a very faint scent.. Which is a good thing coz I hate heavily fragranced skin care products. I'd much rather have it fragrance-free. It also provides a cooling feeling when you apply it.

Sensorially I'd give it a 10 out of 10 but in total, just a 6 out of 10 since coverage is pretty important for me.

next...

♥ ETUDE HOUSE CODE B COLOR FORCE GLOSS

I got the 4th shade which is the first shade at the middle picture with the lips... It's called Glam Pose Beige. .. (What the.. I know right)

It's pretty good... It's a great dupe of my favorite Shiseido Maquillage gloss I had a few years ago...

It lasts really long, because it's sticky enough. However, since it has semi-big chunks of glitter/shimmer... it's kinda rough on the lips..

It's uber duper shiny though. It's cute. I got this gloss since all my glosses are either hot pink or clear. I lost my  only nude gloss which was a Kate Lip gloss a few months ago. It's still a mystery to me where it went.

This one is pretty pigmented and glittery. Works great on top of lipsticks but kinda looks awkward worn alone.

Heehee...

On to the tutorial...

I look like a zombie with uncombed, wet hair and naked face..

So I apply the Lioele BB..

Here it is
I use this much on my face.. Yeah.. I know.. Its a LOT! O_O

Moded.. O_O

Next... Is the scene stealer, show stopper product.. in it's real packaging.. Love Minerals by Human Nature Pressed Foundation in Island Shell..

Muhehehehehehe...

I just noticed that my hand is way whiter than my face... Moise!!! This is what I was telling you about... O_O

On to the palette which is usually the high light for me...

with flash..

I use the top right shade... which is what i put on my entire lid...

So that's my base shade..

Here's how it looks like with less flash...

I apply the same shade on the lower lash line..

Then I get the darkest shade...

And put that on below my crease... on the lash line..

so that will look like this...

And then I get a normal black pencil liner.. I use Vov..

And I line just the top of my lashline... No need to be perfect since it's going to be smudged after..

Like so...

Then i get more of the darker green colour onto my brush and i smudge it on the eyeliner..

Then... After I just line the top lashline with my Etude House Code B Strong Eyes Cream Liner..

After that.. I get the gold ...

Then i put it on my lower lashline...

I also use the same gold and put it on the inner half of my lid...

And so...

It looks like this..

Then it'll look like this once you've put mascara on the upper and lower lashes...

So there.. I wasn't able  to take pics of the blush and lip stuff..

But what I used for blush is the blush I made in the lab that was supposed to emulate the qualities of Nars blush in Orgasm...

And for the lips, I used Paul and Joe Lipstick in 06 . .. . which is the 2nd lippy from the left. ^^

(recycling pictures from previous posts!)

...and the Code B Color Force Gloss...

So I could only take after pics with my phone..

Here they are...

Waaaaah... So there...

I have a dilemma.. I don't know what to do with my hair anymore. My bangs are too long and my real curls are growing out... But I don't want to do the whole straighten and perm again..

My hair is in a very awkward stage. I guess I'll wait it out so that it won't be majorly double dead...

Hope y'all have a great weekend.

No matter how many problems we have... We can all get through this. It's crunch time.  7 days till the Human Nature Summit.

For the first time in the history of my blog... I'll leave with a quote.. I got this from my daily reflection subscription...

"Live with a genuineness others will want to emulate. Honesty facilitates honesty. When you're real, people can tell."
